Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll do everything we can to help.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change before your order ships.
