Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, on us.
